PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by installing a lining sheet with an anchor on a railway fixed at an interval to an existing concrete surface. SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 9 is erected via an anchor main body 8 fixed to a prescribed position of a concrete surface 4a, a spacer 10 is inserted/installed in a bolt 9, and the surface 4a and a lining sheet 2 are kept at a prescribed interval. Next, the bolt 9 is inserted into a hole 7 of a railway 3 to be fastened by a nut 11, and after fixing the rail 3, an anchor 1 of the sheet 2 is inserted into an opening part of the rail 3. Next, the connection between mutual sheets 2 and hole filling of a through hole of the sheet 2 are executed by welding. A reinforcement is arranged between the surface 4a and the sheet 2, ordinary cement 12 is filled and solidified, and the anchor 1 is fixed by the concrete 12. Thus, while reinforcing the existing concrete surface, execution work can be easily performed without using expensive cement and a form, and a cost can be reduced.
