PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably solidify an organic toxic material using a chemical reaction by detoxicating dibenzofuran, dibenzo-P-dioxime, cyanogen, and organic marcury, phosphide and organic arsenic compound using a specific solvent. SOLUTION: Dibenzofuran, dibenzo-P-dioxime, cyanogen, and organic marcury, phosphide, and organic arsenic compound are detoxicated by using a specific solvent, namely, ethyl nitrate, nitrate 1-naphthylamine-4-sodium sulfonate, 2- naphthol-4-sulfonic acid, isomer of aromatic sulfonic acid, graphite and layered material (for example, black phosphorus), calcium oxide and calcium hydroxide, and terpene group (isopropyl group (having (CH) CH-), namely one group of unsaturated hydrocarbon. Thus, an organic toxic material can be removed when it is contained in products.
