<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a productivity by surely connecting a rear surface driving electrode to laminated FPCs and plural needle shape reeds or the like. SOLUTION: A backing material constituted by embedding plural electrode reeds is adhered to a laminated body constituted by holding a piezoelectric board between a pair of electrodes and an ultrasonic transducer for dividing the laminated body in accordance with the plural electrode reeds is manufactured. In the manufacturing method, the plural electrode reeds are positioned by inserting the plural electrode reeds to the through-holes 8 of arrayed jigs where the plural through-holes 8 are formed, the plural electrode reeds are covered by a resin and, then, the arrayed jigs 7 are removed so that the backing material is formed.</p> |
