PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water treatment device capable of greatly reducing the construction cost of ozone treatment facility. SOLUTION: This ozone water treatment device is constituted with an ozone generation unit 1 consisting of a raw material air feeder 1a supplying raw material air for ozone generation, an oxygen generator 1b generating oxygen from the raw material air, and an ozone generator 1c generating ozone from the resultant oxygen gas, an ozone dissolving unit 2 consisting of an ozone dissolving pump 2a bringing the ozone into contact with a water 4 to be treated and dissolving the ozone in it, and a cooling-water pump 2b supplying the cooling water to the ozone generator 1c, and an ozone retention unit 3 consisting of an ozone retention tank 3a making the water 4 to be treated sufficiently react with the ozone, and a waste ozone treatment apparatus 3b decomposing the unreacted ozone and releasing it to the atmosphere.
