PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain optimal relaxation by providing a pocket at an eye mask part to house a matter effective for stabilizing mind to obtain sound sleep. SOLUTION: An eye mask part 1 is formed by sewing an outer fabric 2 and a lining 3 overlapping similarly to a normal eye mask to prevent transmission of light. One cloth is additionally sewn to its rear side at an end face part to form a pocket part 5. As the cloth of this part 5, a cloth free from resistance in spite of touching the eye is used. In addition, the cloth of the part 5 has air-permeability. A fastener 6 or the like is fixed to the upper part of the part 5 to house a matter with a mind stabilizing effect such as lavender housed in an air-permeable bag within the part 5. Then, the mind stabilizing effect of matters works speedily through the air-permeable cloth of the part 5 to obtain relaxation to sleep soundly.
