PURPOSE:To allow one signal processing means to select a different directivity by applying the changeover control of a phase of an output signal to a central speaker unit in phase or in opposite phase to the output signals of speaker units at both ends. CONSTITUTION:A signal processing means 101 outputs an output signal S to speaker units 102, 104 at both ends and an output signal S* in opposite phase to the signal S to a central speaker unit 103. When the output signal S* is given to the central speaker unit 103, the sound around the unit 103 is cancelled by a sound V* corresponding to the signal S* and a sound V corresponding to the signal S to take a double peak directivity. With the output signal S given to the unit 103, the directivity is a directivity eminent on the speaker axis. Thus, the speaker equipment is provided with a different directivity through selection. |
