The integral folded booklet 11 and cover pan 12 is made from a single sheet blank. The cover part may be treated to make it distinguishable, eg by printing or degree of stiffness, from the rest of the folded sheet. The stiffening material may be a plastic coating or laminate or a coating applied in a fluid state which is cured or hardened to a stiff state. The fold lines may be made from perforated lines to make folding easier and to facilitate tearing. The cover part may be made from two leaves 14, 15 joined together at fold line 16 and may include folded tab 16 for engagement in slot 17. The booklet may comprise a single row of tickets, vouchers or advertising materials, as illustrated, or two or more parallel rows. |
