SOLUTION: A server 27 temporarily storing a data file transferred between client terminals 28 has a transmission file generation processing part 31 which changes a data file sent from a connected client terminal 28 from the original file name to a physical file name being inherent in a system and stores it and generates a tag file including the original file name and the physical file name, and has a file transfer control processing part 32 which adds a tag file to the data file and transfers it to a relay server 25. It also has a file receiving control processing part 37 which fetches a data file and a tag file to self based on the tag file of a relay server tag DB 46 and a received data file transfer control processing part 38 which changes the data file from the physical file name to the original file name and transfers it to the terminal 28 of a destination.
