PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform electric connection between a motor and an electric controller using a simple and reliable connection, in a electronic controller with a bilt-in motor. SOLUTION: The case 11 of an electronic controller 10 can be divided into a waterproof upper section 12 and a lower section 13, and a dripproof face 14 is made at the division face. The lower section 13 has a drain hole 14, and it is provided with a connector terminal 19 for electric connection to a motor 16. At the upper section 12 of the case 11, an ECU board 20 is mounted in a mold 21, and an inner connector 22 and an outer connector 23 are electrically connected with each other. The inner connector 22 is coupled with the connector terminal 19. Since the case 11 has waterproof structure, this controller can get enough reliability even if it does not use waterproof connectors for the connector terminal 19 and the inner connector 22.
