<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a sorter apparatus which is simple in structure, low-priced, and capable of controlling the position at a high speed and correctly by providing a trapezoid-like cam adapted to move up and down to a designated position. CONSTITUTION:The initial position of a deflecting device for storing a printed material A in a designated bin tray 53 is detected by a home position sensor 12 and by the operation of a lever 13 for operating the sensor. On the other hand, the printed material A is stored in a bin tray 53a at the initial position. Pulleys 14a, 14b drives a pulley belt 27 fitted with trapezoid-like opening and closing cams 15a, 15b so that the opening and closing cam 15 (15a, 15b) is moved to a designated position to push up a chuter lever 21. By the lift-up operation, the printed material A is deflected to a bin tray 53 corresponding to the chuter lever 21 and stored therein.</p> |
