摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it difficult to analogize arithmetic contents in an arithmetic circuit based on a consumption current by a method wherein, when a time mean operating current value is decreased more than a predetermined current value for a predetermined period of time or more, a redundancy circuit is operated. SOLUTION: In this current detection circuit, when a semiconductor integrated circuit IC 1 operates in accordance with instruction codes, a current value detection circuit 15 detects a time mean operating current of an arithmetic circuit 13, and only when it detects that the time mean operating current of the arithmetic circuit 13 is continuously a first current value or less for a first predetermined period of time or more, operations of the redundancy circuit 16 are started. On the other hand, when it detects that the time mean operating current of the arithmetic circuit 13 is continuously a second current value or more greater than the first current value for a second predetermined period of time or more, operations of the redundancy circuit 16 are stopped. Accordingly, it is difficult to analogize arithmetic contents in the arithmetic circuit based on consumption current.
