PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrophotographic device capable of preventing cleaning defects and developer fusion or the uneven scraping of the surface layer and image flowing under any environment conditions. SOLUTION: This electrophotographic device has a means of rubbing the surface of a photoreceptive member 401 in an electrophotographic process to scrape and clean a developer of 5-8μm average particle diameter with an elastic rubber blade 421 having 10-50% impact resilience. The surface layer of the photoreceptive member 401 used in the device is an amorphous fluorocarbon film, which ensures 0.1-100Åabrasion loss after copying 10,000 sheets of A4 size transfer paper and has 10-500 kgf/mm2 dynamic hardness and 5-50 at.% fluorine atom content.
