PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the degradation of luminance by applying tension to a plate- like spacer by a spring mechanism, and limitedly arranging the spacer in a position corresponding to an arranging part of a light absorbing part. SOLUTION: A spacer 20 is supported in both end parts by, for example, a front base board. This support is performed at least in one end part of both end parts through a spring mechanism 21. In the spring mechanism 21, a support part 22 and a pair of elastic plate springs 23a, 23b formed by extending from both end parts are oppositely arranged at a prescribed interval, and the support part 22 is fixed to a prescribed position of an invalid area of an image screen of a base board inside surface. A locking part 24 is formed in one end part of a spacer 20, and this is engaged between loose ends of the plate springs 23a, 23b so that tension is applied in the lengthwise direction of the spacer 20 by deflection of the plate springs 23a, 23b in this state to thus avoid or reduce strain generated in the spacer 20.
