PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm structure which can prevent the penetration of a process medium through a diaphragm when a first rod is bent. SOLUTION: This includes a perception element, the outside of a process medium including a measuring means, a lever shape transmission element 11 for transmitting the effect of a force to the measuring means and a diaphragm 1 for separating the process medium from the outside. The transmission element includes a first rod 2 arranged so as to be installed in the process medium flow route and a second rod 3 arranged so as to be installed on one part of the process measuring device of the outside of the process. A fixed element 18 is arranged so as to be connected and installed to the second rod 3 of the transmission element and includes a support part 18a and fixed part 18b and in the fixed element, the diaphragm is arranged so as to be tightened between the fixed part and the second rod.
