PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal where complicated key operations can be avoided by registering setting contents by complicated key operations to a prescribed key. SOLUTION: In the communication terminal 1, after depression of a registration start key 16f, setting contents by a prescribed key operation are stored in a RAM 13 in cross reference with a simultaneous operation key 16e so as to register the setting contents by complicated key operations can be registeffied to the simultaneous operation key 16e. Thus, in the case that prescribed settings are required by tracing a hierarchical structure of key operations, after the setting are once registered, the desired setting can be conducted on the basis of the contents stored in the RAM 13 by having only to depress the simultaneous operation key 16e. As a result, complicated key operations are avoided after the registration and no complicated key operation is enforced to the user.
