<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance controllability of boil up by providing a means for detecting water temperature in a hot water delivery pipe or at the upper part of a hot water storage tank and means for detecting water temperature in a water intake pipe or at the lower part of the hot water storage tank and controlling heating sections disposed at the upper and lower parts of the hot water storage tank or a flow regulation valve based on the output from these water temperature detecting means. SOLUTION: When hot water heated at a heating section 4a is being delivered from a hot water delivery pipe 3, a water temperature detecting means 8b detects water temperature Tb in a water intake pipe 2 and a control section 13 initially sets the opening X of a flow regulation valve 5 based on the water temperature Tb. On the other hand, a water temperature detecting means 8a detects water temperature Ta in the hot water delivery pipe 3 and the detected water temperature Ta is compared with a set level Ta'. If Ta'>Ta, variationΔX in the predetermined opening of the flow regulation valve 5 is determined depending on the difference between the water temperature Ta and the set level Ta' and the opening X of the flow regulation valve 5 is restricted by the amountΔX. Subsequently, boiling is controlled in a hot water storage tank 1 and a heating section 4b.</p> |
