摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of refrigerant noise or deficiency of capacity surely when the compositional state of refrigerant is varied at a refrigerant circuit section due to partial standing of refrigerant by collecting the standing refrigerant at the refrigerant circuit section in response to specified conditions. SOLUTION: Refrigerant gas delivered from a compressor 1 is condensed at a heat source side heat exchanging section 3 by exchanging heat with air and liquid refrigerant flows into each indoor unit B-D having an indoor heat exchanger 5 where the liquid refrigerant is gasified by exchanging heat with indoor air thus cooling a room. A part of refrigerant passed through a flow controller 13 is introduced through bypass piping 14 into a flow controller 15 where the pressure of the refrigerant is reduced. The pressure reduced refrigerant is introduced to heat exchanging sections 16b-16d and heat is exchanged with coupling piping 7b-7d on the side of each indoor unit at a branch part 11. On the other hand, heat is exchanged with the joint part of coupling piping 7b-7d on the side of each indoor unit at the branch part 11 in a heat exchanging section 16a and evaporated refrigerant is returned back to the compressor 1 through an accumulator 4.
