PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus, for the inspection of a molding defective hole in a casting molded product, in which the blockade degree of a complicated flow passage can be inspected. SOLUTION: In this method, air is sent out into a flow passage from a node opening J in a nonlinear flow passage R which is formed at the inside of a casting molded product, and an air flow which flows out from a node opening J which is adjacent in the air sending-out direction of the flow passage R is detected by a wind velocity sensor 5. Alternatively, an air nozzle 4a in an air supply tube 3 is faced, via a longitudinal hole S, with one or a plurality of node openings J in a plurality of nonlinear flow passages R which are formed at the inside of the casting molded product. In addition, a wind velocity sensor 5 which detects an air flow from one or a plurality of node openings J in one or a plurality of flow passages R is installed.
