PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw out a lead connected to a board into a cylindrical member without applying an excessive force. SOLUTION: A board 13 is provided with a notch 24 and thereby is made slidable within a plane which orthogonally intersects the axis of a cylindrical shaft part 17 and where an insert hole 23 is positioned. At the inner edge to constitute the notch 24, a stopper part 26a is formed which abuts to the inner edge constituting the insert hole 23 when the board 13 is slid. A lead 27 is connected in a position approaching the axis of the cylindrical shaft 17 with sliding of the board 13.
