PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform common use and locking by locking a locking stepped part at an opposed internal circumferential brim of a round hole, along with inserting a linking part for a round hole into the round hole, and locking the lower end parts of vanes to the internal surface of a car body panel, along with inserting a linking part for a long hole into a long hole, when it is inserted into the long hole and locked. SOLUTION: If a fitting hole is a round hole H1, vanes 15 are pressed to the internal circumference of the round hole H1 and bent in a closing direction, by inserting the vanes 15 into the round hole H1, and a linking part 17 for a long hole is inserted into the round hole H1 simultaneously. Then, a locking stepped part 15a is locked at the internal circumferential brim of the round hole H1, simultaneously with touching of the upper surface of the locking part 16 for a long hole with the external surface of the car body panel P, and a wire harness W/H is fixed to the round hole H1 of the body panel P through a clamp. When the clamp is inserted into a long hole H2 and locked, the vanes 15 are pushed in furthermore and the linking part 16 for a long hole is inserted into the lond hole H2, and a fitting part 12 comes in touch with the body panel P and the lower end parts of the vanes 15 are fixed and locked at the internal surface of the body panel P. |
