PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photographic sensitive material having excellent developing density by stably keeping the average temperature of processing solution and restraining the lowering of the developing density in the photographic sensitive material already processed to the utmost, especially, in the case of adopting a slit developing processing system. SOLUTION: This photographic sensitive material processing device is constituted to control a duty ratio concerning the on/off control of a heating means in proportion to a difference between the set temperature and the measured temperature of the processing solution. Then, the set temperature is automatically changed based on the average duty ratio within a specified time near the time when the duty ratio is decided.
