<p>A method for providing nutraceutical or phytoceutical benefits to a mammal, particularly a human, using cherry derivatives is described. A method for inhibiting oxidation in a living biological material is also described. A composition of anthocyanins, bioflavonoids, phenolics or mixtures thereof from cherries is used in the methods.</p> |
