PURPOSE: An apparatus for dehydrating bulb dregs is provided to reduce the moisture content to 60-80% when producing bulbous dregs like sweet potatoes and potatoes. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a stand(10), a transporting pipe(20) and a driving part. The transporting pipe(20) includes a transporting device(22) forming transporting wings(24); an injecting hole(26); and a discharging hole(28). An external part of the transporting pipe(20) is formed with stainless net and the whole length is divided into 3 parts. The injecting hole(26) part of the net has 3-5mesh and is formed as a low pressure part. The middle part has 5-7in mesh size and is formed as a middle pressure part. The discharging hole(28) part of the net has 7-10 in mesh size and is formed as a high pressure part. The driving part rotates the transporting device(22) toward a direction and includes a driving motor having a motor gear, a following gear and a controller.
