REMOTE CORROSION MONITORING AND CORROSION-PROOF CONTROL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A remote corrosion monitoring and corrosion-proof control system is provided to remotely monitor the corrosion state of the buried metallic structure in electrolytes like underground or underwater by a wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A terminal device for a remote corrosion monitoring is installed in several places of the metallic structure and detected values are transmitted to a server by a wireless communication. The server displays all kinds of monitoring screen and graphic screen to make a database for the corrosion potential and to let an operator know the corrosive or corrosion-proof state, and then calls the operator by a wireless terminal. It is designed to remotely control a corrosion-proof current output from a corrosion-proof eliminator and to easily monitor the metallic structure state in the main control office by wireless.
