PURPOSE: A polybutylene terephthalate resin composition containing a nigrosine master batch is provided which is excellent in flexibility and effective in applying to parts of a complicated construction of the electric and electronic molded products by injection molding them. CONSTITUTION: A polybutylene terephthalate resin composition containing a nigrosinemaster batch and having a crystallization temperature of 174-185°C is manufactured by mixing 1.0-3.2 parts by weight of a nigrosine master batch, 20-45 parts by weight of flame retardant, 0.3-0.6 parts by weight of a mold release agent, and 0.2-0.5 parts by weight of antioxidants with 100 parts by weight of a polybutylene terephthalate base resin. The resin is excellent in surface characteristics, tensile strength, formability and other characteristics as well as flexibility and can be used for parts such as connectors of electric and electronic uses, FBT cases, bobbins, sheathing material. |
