The through-opening is connected to a capillary-action discharge aid that consists of a layer (11) made from a material which is provided with capillary openings. Said layer of material with capillary openings exists in the form of a porous strip (11) that is applied to the wall of the receptacle (11), whereby at least one section (17) of the strip (11) extends lengthwise along the outer side of the receptacle (1) and comes into contact with the flushing water.
