PURPOSE: An inner shield for cathode ray tube is provided for preventing an electron beam from landing on wrong place on a fluorescent membrane under the effect of an electromagnetic field. CONSTITUTION: An inner shield for cathode ray tube includes a shadow mask(33), a frame(34), a body(41), a plurality of fixers, and an auxiliary shielder(43,53). The shadow mask(33) is supported by the frame(34). The body(41) includes an opening. The plurality of fixers are formed on one side of the body(41) and are secured to the frame(34). The auxiliary shielder(43,53) is extended from the body(41) and shields the electromagnetic field between the shadow mask(33) and the body(41). The auxiliary shielder(43,53) is further extended from one terminal of the body(41) to the inner part of the frame.
