摘要 PURPOSE: A method for automatically controlling thickness is provided to calculate the amount of controlling the optimum roll gap by changing a gain based on the assumed size with each corresponding thickness controller. CONSTITUTION: A signal divider(201) receives a rolling load signal measured from a load cell(103), and divides and outputs into a high and a low frequency signal. A thickness deflection operator(202) for the high frequency receives a high frequency signal from the signal divider and a seal side roll gap from an inductocine(104) and outputs the thickness deflection. In addition, the thickness deflection operator for the low frequency receives a high frequency signal from the signal divider and the seal side roll gap from the inductocine. On the other hand, a high frequency feedback gain presumer(206) receives the high frequency signal from the signal divider and outputs the presumed high frequency feedback gain to the thickness deflection operator for the high frequency. A low frequency feedback gain presumer(207) receives the low frequency signal from the signal divider and outputs the presumed low frequency feedback gain to the low frequency gain presumer(207).
