PURPOSE: A washing device of agricultural and livestock products and by-products thereof by using anion and ozone is provided, which cleanly washes and purifies the agricultural and livestock products and by-products thereof and sterilizes various bacteria by putting them in a washing tank, where anion and ozone are dissolved, so that merchantability, conservative property and freshness are largely increased. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises: (i) a square washing tank(2) which is made of synthetic resin or stainless having good oxidizing property; (ii) a basket(6) which contains agricultural and livestock products and by-products thereof to be washed and is put in the open upper part of the washing tank; (iii) a water emitting pipe(16) which is installed on the side wall of the washing tank(8) and has a water pipe(10) and a hand valve(14); (iv) an electronic valve(20) which is installed on the water pipe to automatically supply washing water to th washing tank in certain water level by a high water level detecting rod(18) and a low water level detecting rod(20); (v) an anion and ozone generating device(28) which is installed on one side of the washing tank; (vi) plural air stones(34) which are installed on the upper part of bottom(32) of the washing tank(2) at regular intervals; and (vii) a gas supplying pipe(38) which connects the air stone(34), a check valve(36) and the anion and ozone generating device(28).
