PURPOSE: A porous concrete soundproof panel is provided to realize excellent appearance and sound absorbing efficiency and to improve economical efficiency by making easy handling, installation and maintenance. CONSTITUTION: A composition of porous concrete is constituted of: 1wt% of aggregate 100% of which pass a mesh of 10mm and 20% pass a mesh of 0.5mm; 0.125 to 0.5wt% of cement; 0.45 to 0.09wt% of water; a pigment of which content is less than 10% to the content of the cement; and a mixing agent of which content is less than 2% to the content of the cement. The composition is pasted onto a styrofoam panel. The porous concrete is partially impregnated in a resin selected from a group constituted of epoxy resin, urethane resin, acrylic resin and unsaturated resin. Then, a porous concrete panel having porosity of 9 to 29% and stiffness over 200kg/cm2 is obtained. The concrete panel is excellent in sound absorbing efficiency due to porosities. According to uniform surface of the panel, appearance is excellent.
