In the present invention there is disclosed cyclopeptide of the general formula I cyclo-(Arg-Gly-Asp-Re1) (I), wherein Re1 represents the group o-aminomethyl-o'-carboxybiphenyl (Biph), 2-aminomethyl-5-carboxymethyl-thiophene (Act)group or 2-carboxy-8-amino-4-thiapiperolidin-9-one (Bdt) group as well as physiologically acceptable salts thereof in the form of an enantiomer or a diastereomer. The invented cyclopeptide is suitable as integrin inhibitor and therefore usable particularly for prophylaxis and treating diseases of blood circulation and bones, tumors as antibacterial and antiviral active compound.
