PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade an adhesive force of a decorative film and to form the film in a mirror surface state by installing the film in a cavity of the mold, injecting a fiber-non-containing molten resin, then injecting a fiber-containing molten resin, sequentially laminating the decorative film and the fiber-non- containing and fiber-containing resin moldings in this order and integrating them. SOLUTION: A decorative film 1 is interposed between a movable mold 2 and a fixed mold 3, a molten resin is injected in a cavity 4, injection molded and a color design or the like of the film 2 are simultaneously formed on a resin molding. In the case of laminating and molding in the clamped cavity 4, the fiber-non-containing molten resin 7 of first resin is injected, and then the fiber-containing molten resin of second resin is then injected. Then, the mold is opened, a fiber-reinforced decorative molding is taken out. Thus, even when fiber is projected out on a surface of the fiber-containing resin molding, it is absorbed by the fiber-containing resin molding. Thus, an adhesive force of the film 1 to the moldings is strengthened, a protrusion and recess surface of the fiber-containing molding is not affected to a surface of the film 1 and formed with a mirror surface without releasing. |
