PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a mounting structure of a showcase incorporating a refrigerating machine so that a kick plate mounted on a base of the showcase can be inserted and pulled out easily and high reliability with respect to the strength can be ensured. SOLUTION: An air cooling type condensing unit of a refrigerating machine is stored in a machine room partitioned in an inner part of a base 7 supporting a case main body 1, and a kick plate 9 which covers an end face of an opening to form a ventilation hole 9a for cooling air and is made of sheet metal is detachably attached. Tonguelike latches 13 protruding downward from a lower fringe of the kick plate 9 are provided by dispersing on the right and left sides, and a mounting washer 12 supporting the kick plate 9 from below is provided on a base side of the case main body. An engaging hole 12a in which the latch 13 is inserted is opened in a support washer, and the latch 13 is inserted into the engaging hole 12a to engage and carry a lower end of the kick plate 9 with a base 7 so that the kick plate 9 is held at a fixed position by the attraction of a magnet catch 11.
