PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To freely control physical quantities such as velocity, turbulence degree, pressure, temperature, concentration and the like in a jet flow without changing flow rate and supply pressure of a fluid jetted from a nozzle. SOLUTION: This jet flow controller is provided with a jet nozzle 1 having a section area that decreases toward a downstream direction of a flow 20. A fluid in gas or liquid state is jetted from a jet outlet of the nozzle 1 and physical quantities are controlled by a single or a plurality of shape-variable actuators 2 provided on a periphery of the jet outlet so as to control the flow finally.
