PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private parts washing device capable of easing or preventing the pains or rough skins or inflammations caused by free chlorine when the private parts are washed. SOLUTION: A storage section 2 is provided in a middle part of a water supply course. A chlorine removal agent 3 for removing chlorine is stored without filling the storage section 2 therewith. City water supplied from the water supply course 1 is made to pass through the storage section 2 to melt the chlorine removal agent 3. By the constitution, free chlorine included in the city water can be removed for the molten chlorine removal agent 3, and the city water removed from free chlorine can be used for washing the private parts as the private parts washing water.
