PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix the position of a doctor roller to a squeegee roller. SOLUTION: A squeegee roller 15 is interposed rotatably between a pair of side plates 50, 50 connected by a connection member 52. A doctor roller 16 is provided thereon in obliquely vertically movable relation. A main body 64 is fastened to a joint member. A lifting bolt 62 of the doctor roller 16 pierces through the main body 64, and a nut 66 screwed to an upper end screw part 60 engages with the main body 64. When a nut is turned, a doctor gap 110 is adjusted through the movement of the doctor roller. The main body includes a fixing member 70. A tapered fixing surface of the fixing member 70 is fixed in contact relation to a tapered surface 72 of the lifting bolt 62. The tapered surface and fixing member serve as a mechanical stopper relative to a force of separating the doctor roller 16 from the squeegee roller 15. The doctor roller never moves if it undergoes force during printing in the direction spaced from the squeegee roller so as to keep its fixed state.
