PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage seat having a simple structure capable of simultaneously performing different therapy actions. SOLUTION: This massage seat is provided with a motor-rotated feed screw 2 whose cross section is non-circular, a housing 4, gears 9 and 10 for therapy treatment, a pulley (rotating body) 5 free in a longitudinal direction and engaged in a rotating direction, a nut 6 screwed to the feed screw 2, clutch means 5a and 6a for transmitting the rotary force of the pulley 5 to the nut 6 at the time of connection, the treatment clutch means 7a, 8a, 9a and 10a for transmitting the rotary force of the pulley 5 to the respective treatment gears 9 and 10 at the time of the connection and a brake means 15 for putting the nut 6 in a non-rotation state to the feed screw 2.
