PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work to take remained rice out and improve efficiency of rice cooking operation by selecting running time of a motor which operates a rice supplying body and a motor which operates a dropping valve according to quantity of rice which remain in a hopper automatically. SOLUTION: A measuring switch is pressed three times while being a drooping switch 'on', when a worker judges that residual quantity in a hopper 1 is no more than 60 kg. Then, a CPU which inputs information through an input interface outputs a running command signal to motor 4 through an output interface up until when a rotational frequency of a rice supplying body 3 becomes 80 times. The CPU also outputs the running command signal to a motor 6 through the output interface thereby a dropping valve shaft 22 descends to a fixed position through a driving mechanism 24, and rice which is remained in the hopper 1 is discharged from a washing tank 2 to the outside via a rice discharging opening 15.
