PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely detect the connection failure of a connecting part by constituting a waterproof sheet consisting of thermoplastic resin and/or rubber so that a transparent layer has a structure broader than a connecting width portion non-transparent layer. SOLUTION: A transparent layer 1 is formed of thermoplastic resin and/or rubber in composition, and comprises both the transparent layer 1 formed by laminating the transparent layer 1 and a non-transparent layer 2 and the transparent layer formed by laminating a transparent layer containing a light emitting material and a transparent layer containing no light emitting material. The thermoplastic resin is exemplified by vinyl chloride resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the like. Examples of rubber includes synthetic rubber and natural rubber and, for example, SBR, NBR, chlorosulfonate polyethylene and the like are given. Each of the thermoplastic resin and the rubber may be used alone or in combination. According to this, the transparent layer 1 is connected to the non-transparent layer 2 in waterproofing treatment, whereby the connecting defective position of the connecting state can be easily and surely found out.
