PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic espresso system including sanitarily safe milk, and also provide a method, which needs no steam-driven, venturi tube techniques, for taking out milk from an internal refrigeration source to drinking cups, after it is mixed with air and heated. SOLUTION: This totally automatic espresso system includes a coffee bean grinder 12, blender 14 and a milk aeration system, which injects milk by pumps 48 and 54 into a steam supplying device 26, where milk taken out from an internal refrigerator 40, after it is selected through selection of aeration process, is heated and adjusted to be added to the blended coffee solution. |
