PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with steps of suction of washing water and filtering to enable a high speed washing operation by discharging jetted washing water from a discharge port after guiding it in a housing. SOLUTION: This vehicle supported with support wheels and connected with a housing 10 runs on the surface of drainage pavement in the direction shown by an arrow 3 to make a water jetting device 6 in the housing 10 jet out high pressure washing water to the surface of road from a water tank to make the washed water containing the foreign matters such as sand, mud and dust entering the gaps of the pavement flow out. The flow-out to the housing 10 is restricted by skirt rubber members 13, 14c with respect to the road surface, and the washed water is guided and made to flow out to a side groove of the road surface in the left direction of the travelling vehicle. Accordingly, the function restoration work for the drainage pavement is performed at a high speed to improve the work efficiency and eliminate traffic jam caused by disturbance or interruption of traffic.
