PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detachably attach a cam receiving plate to a tappet main body. SOLUTION: Engagement projections 5 are formed on plural positions on a top surface of a headed cylindrical tapped main body 1. A plurality of engagement holes 6 are formed on a lower surface of a cam receiving plate 4 opposed to the tappet main body 1 with substantially equal diameter, so as to be detacheably fitted with the engagement projections 5. The cam receiving plate 4 is attached to the top surface of the tapped main body 1 by engaging the projections 5 with the holes 6.
