PURPOSE: A process of preparing arm and foot by inserting a nylon mesh into silicon resin and coating using a single injection process is provided. Whereby, the product has flexibility of silicon and durability of a nylon mesh, does not cause skin trouble and damage at -30 to 180deg.C. CONSTITUTION: A nylon mesh is soaked in a coupling agent for 2 hr and wound adhesively on the upper surface of an inner mold frame to infuse skin layer silicon(11). The first mold product is heated at 50 to 10deg.C for 2 to 3 hr in an oven and hardened at room temperature and then colored film layer silicon(21) is coated on the upper surface of the first mold product. The second mold product obtained by infusing a protective film layer silicon(31) into the interior of an outer mold frame is combined with the first mold product obtained in the first process and then heated at 50 to 100deg.C for 2 to 3 hr in an oven.
