The present invention pertains to the building industry and relates to a sanitary and technical module that comprises a pan (1) as well as a flushing tank (2) provided with a valve device (4). A ventilation window (6) of the module is used for connecting the inner space of the water closet with the vent stack (8) the house. The main ventilation unit comprises an air duct for connecting the inner space of the water closet to the vent stack (8) of the house, and comprises inlet (9) and outlet (10) sections between which a suction fan (11) is provided. An additional ventilation unit comprises an air duct (14) having its inlet connected to the upper and rear portion of the inner cavity of the pan (1), while its outlet is connected to the vent stack (8) of the house through the cavity of the suction fan (11). The section (9) is arranged so that its at least one inlet unit (15) is located in the wall (16) of the water closet behind and above the pan (1) in the vicinity of the upper surface of the pan seat. The inlet units (15) are provided in the wall of the water closet and behind the pan (1) on the outside of a line which is a projection on said wall (16) of the outline of the pan lid (20) in an open position. This invention increases the operation efficiency of the module when manufacturing the same, and also improves its exploitation and repair characteristics.
