PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing apparatus for a seismic isolation structure which is capable of preventing unpleasant rolling of a superstructure due to wind, of eliminating the danger of overturning due to wind pressure, and moreover, a permitting manual operation easily when a power service interruption occurs as often experienced after typhoons. SOLUTION: A detached house 2 which is supported by seismic isolation in horizontal direction H relative to a foundation 1 by a seismic isolation apparatus 3 interposed between the foundation 1 and the house 2 is temporarily fixed in a horizontal direction H relative to the foundation 1. In this case, the fixing device 4 respectively has holes to be linked 5, 6 and is equipped with fixing bodies 7 and 8 at the sides of foundation 1 and detached house 2 respectively fixed to the foundation 1 and the detached house 2, a linking member 9 freely movable in up-down direction through respective holes to be linked 5 and 6 of fixed bodies 7 and 8 at the sides of footing 1 and the detached house 2, and holding means 10 which in first state holds the linking member 9 to a state where the linking member 9 has passed respective holes to be linked 5, 6 of fixed bodies 7 and 8 at the sides of the foundation 1 and the detached house 2 and, in the second state, permitting the pull-out of the linking member 9 in D direction from the hole to be linked 6 of the fixed body 8 at the side of the detached house 2.
