<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which uses the computer and terminal to substitute the manual operation for arranging business cards put by visitors in business card reception boxes installed in respective places in the public office. SOLUTION: A person of the public office who is put in charge inputs the year, month, and day in the computer at the start of the service of the public office, a visitor inputs by pressing characters of both display screens of a terminal of the computer, and the person in charge outputs visitor records in the form of a company list and a visitor list from the computer and uses them.</p> |
