PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply assemble by mounting a vehicle on a base fixing a hook, a support and a stopper, attaching a support on the support fixed on the base, further setting an arm on these supports, and fixing a cover hooked from above the arm by a string. SOLUTION: A hook 17, a support 6 and a stopper 7 are fixed on bases 1, 1', and a support 2 fixed on the base 1 with a pin 8. After a vehicle is advanced (retreated) and moved on the bases 1, 1', 9, 9' to be fixed, supports 3, 4 are attached to the supports 6, 2. Same assembling is performed in the reverse side. Next, arms 5, 5' are set on the supports 3, 3', 4, 4'. Assembling is also performed in the rear wheel side. The front wheel side supports 2, 2' and rear wheel side supports 10, 10' are brought down inward until they are stopped at the stoppers 7, 7', 15, 15'. In this state, a cover is hooked from above the arms 5, 5', 13, 13' and fixed on the hooks 17, 17', 21, 21' by a string.
