PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which has a small processing load when a map server sends a map. SOLUTION: An arrangement information transmitting means 15 sends arrangement information on receiving an instruction requesting the arrangement information. A receiving and storing means 7 receives and stores this arrangement information. When an operator inputs a display area, an individual map data transmission request output means 11 specifies necessary individual map data according to the display area and arrangement information and outputs a request to send the necessary individual map data. An individual map data transmitting means 19 sends the corresponding individual map data on receiving the request. A display means 13 receives and displays the sent individual map data. Consequently, a 1st information providing computer 20 needs not judge which individual map data is to be transmitted.
