PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stack storage of roof tiles in a manner of being upside down alternately, and enhance a water resistance and drain property at roofing by attaching a projection seal material on the upside surface of a roof tile, and forming an overhanging portion at its lower side. SOLUTION: The roof tile 1 is formed of cement principally to be cured in a rectangle in a plan view, and a projection seal material 8 is set on the surface of its upper side 4, followed by forming an overhang portion 11 on its lower side 5. In this manner, a stack storage of the roof tiles 1 can be carried out by laying the tiles upside down alternately, and when roofing is executed by allowing the roof tile 1 to be overlapped, a water rising phenomenon caused by a capillarity phenomena is prevented by the seal material 8, and rain water is permitted to directly flow down to the lower side roof tile 1 by the overhang portion 11. Besides, by forming an air passage between the tile and the roof underlying material by an air passage cutout portion 22 formed on the upper portion rear surface, a moisture resistance is improved, and by overlapping shiplap portions 12, 13 and roofing the roof tiles 1 left and right, a drainage can be improved by a drain channel 15.
