PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens cell fixing structure capable of preventing a lens cell from being deviated, and eliminating the deformation of the lens cell and a lens bracket. SOLUTION: A holding window 12 for fitting and holding the lens cell 6 is provided on the lens bracket 11, the cell 6 is held by the window 12 by making the cell 6 abut on an aligning end face 12a, and fixed by a lens pressing member 13. Two notched parts 12c and 12e and projecting parts 12d between the two parts 12c and 12e are respectively formed on a ridge line 12b receiving the cell 6 of the window 12. The cell 6 is normally made of the soft material of aluminum and plastic, so that the part 12d gnaws into the cell 6, and force resistant to deviation equal to or more than frictional force by the pressing force of the member 13 and a screw can be obtained.
